Returns/Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date once received the defective item. Refund Policy
You may cancel your order within 3 days if the item has not been shipped. Refunds will be credited minus the card fees

After the order has been shipped, refunds cannot be issued.

Returned Packages
In the event your package gets returned for incomplete name of complete first name and last name, invalid address, missing apt/unit # or any other reason. We will notify you by email that your order has returned back. You are responsible for reshipping the order. No refunds will be given.
